Spring
In early spring we celebrate the Dolls' Festival in March. When the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, the tea room is fragrant with the incense of flowers. The fresh greens let us know early summer for the first use of brazier in May.
Summer
In June hydrangeas are colored in rain. Kyoto Gion Festival music sounds well in July, the guests are entertained with cool sweets. Enjoy making tea with famous spring water in midsummer.
Autumn
In September the moon-viewing tea is given together with scented chrysanthemums. The brazier has already been left in October. Celebrate the opening of hearth as the new year of tea in November.
Winter
On New Year's Eve special night tea is served to pray for a life of peace.The new start of tea has begun at gorgeous first tea gathering in January. Have a warm tea with a deep shaped tea bowl in cold midwinter.
